Terms of Service
Deutsche Version1. Scope and operator
These Terms govern the use of Stream Nexus, operated by Jens Blankenburg, Grafschafter Ring 1, 49477 Ibbenbüren, Germany. By registering or using the platform, users agree to these Terms.
2. Applications covered
These Terms cover the Stream Nexus website and the applications Stream Nexus Analytics (TikTok and Instagram), StreamNexus Produktion (YouTube), Stream Nexus Organic Publisher (TikTok), Stream Nexus Publisher (Instagram), Stream Nexus Publisher Prod (YouTube) and NexieStreamBot.
- Stream Nexus Analytics and StreamNexus Produktion let creators voluntarily connect their own platform accounts for private analytics.
- Stream Nexus Organic Publisher, Stream Nexus Publisher and Stream Nexus Publisher Prod are used only by the operator to publish Stream Nexus's own content.
- NexieStreamBot is an optional Twitch chatbot that creators can install and disconnect.
Connected services remain subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the applicable Google, Meta/Instagram, TikTok and Twitch terms. Stream Nexus is independent of and is not sponsored or endorsed by these platforms.
3. Services
Stream Nexus provides creator profiles, clips, community interactions, events, guides, analytics, streaming tools, alerts, overlays, schedules, virtual rewards and optional third-party connections. Features may be changed, extended, restricted or discontinued. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Creators choose which countable redirect links they activate. Profile destinations that are not activated remain available as ordinary direct links. A deactivated redirect continues to open its stored destination but no longer records new clicks. Link statistics are technically filtered estimates; completely error-free detection of every human, bot or repeat request is not guaranteed.
4. Accounts and eligibility
Registration is available by email/password or Twitch OAuth. Users must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, protect their credentials and may not transfer their account. Platform connections are optional unless clearly required for a selected feature.
5. Connected accounts and API use
Users may authorize only accounts they own or are permitted to manage. They must not misuse APIs, bypass limits, obtain unauthorized data or use Stream Nexus to breach third-party terms. A connection can be revoked in the Creator area or on the relevant platform. Revocation may disable dependent functionality.
6. User content
Users retain ownership of their content and confirm that they hold all necessary rights. They grant the operator a non-exclusive licence only to the extent required to store, process, display and technically distribute that content through selected Stream Nexus features. Prohibited or unlawful content may be removed.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringing content; harass others; send spam; impersonate others; manipulate rewards or analytics; use unauthorized automation; or interfere with security and operation. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination.
8. Nexies
Nexies are an internal virtual reward with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased for, exchanged for or paid out as money. Rules, balances and availability may be adjusted where necessary to operate the platform fairly.
9. Third-party services
Stream Nexus does not control the availability, rules or content of Twitch, Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Discord or other external services. Their changes, outages or account actions may affect connected features without liability on the part of Stream Nexus.
10. Liability
Statutory liability applies for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory legal liability. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage resulting from breach of an essential contractual duty. No responsibility is assumed for user content or external websites.
11. Termination
Users may request account deletion at any time through the contact form. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be communicated appropriately. German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. The German version is controlling where legally permissible. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
